House of Rabbits
Camera Man: Patrick Tan

Welcome!

Since I am always busy with my pets and animals, I will never have time for any other things but my hobby and my animals. So, I have decided to start this blog just to reach out to the world. I wanted to share with you all the things you might want to have in your life but never seem to find time for it, for example having a pet and taking care of it full time. I want to share with you all my animal stories and the up and downs of a city girl going back to nature. Still at the end of the day, as I sat under the durian tree while all the dogs and cats lay lazily around my feed while the crazy insects are driving me nuts, I always have this feeling of being very lucky as I get to have a second chance to make my other non realistic dreams come true. This blog aims to reach out to you and hopefully somebody out there still remember me and finally understand why I left a fanstatic job with a MNC, give up the city living, unexpectedly married a farmer and now living with more than 200 animals!

Betty and Pinky

Betty came from SPCA Ampang and Pinky just came to our house on a sunny morning. Both cats have been living with us for the past three years. They get along well with the dogs and chickens. Betty is the black and white cat while Pinky is the orange cat.

Coffee a.k.a KOPI

This is the newst family member. My brother in law had an accident a couple months ago and he came home to stay with us for a while. His friend came over and gave us this cute puppy (when he first came, he was much smaller). Now KOPI is about 6 months old. He is such a adorable puppy and gets along well with all my cats and kittens. He likes dog chewy and eats durian.

Old friend to the farm-Camera Man Patrick Tan

Ostrich-Luffy; Camera Man : Patrick Tan

Last Wednesday (27-1-2010) morning, Patrick came over to the farm. I was in the middle of a grooming session when he arrived. I was about to go shower and get ready for his visit when a car just pull up to the entrance. HE has arrived ! and I am covered with rabbit fur...well at least now I have a good excuse for looking messy in front of my old class mates- I AM A RABBIT BREEDER/FARMER at work. It was nice seeing him again after so long, I asked about Kelly but she was at work and not in this area. If she was here, I think she will be thrill to see my animals.

Patrick brought along his "super" camera with "super power" lens. He helped me to take photographs of my rabbits. It was great seeing he working with his camera and the rabbits posting away...I will post some of his works here soon. So watch out for my super model rabbits.

Time flies, it was pity that Patrick had to leave for another appointment so soon. Before he left, I invited him to bring Kelly and Baby to the farm again soon.
